Who I Am

I am a communication and personal development coach. I help people to be great and unlock their potential.

My coaching is bespoke and focused on my clients’ individual needs. I use a mixture of my training as a humanistic counsellor and my skills as an ex-professional actress to achieve this.

I build strong relationships and trust with my clients. I listen and support, but also challenge and motivate. This enables my clients to become self-aware and able to build on their strengths and tackle their development needs.

Great communication is about being yourself, but more, with skill. Self-awareness is essential. I am all about raising that awareness, releasing people and organisations from self-imposed limitations and accentuating the positive. All my work is bespoke.

My coaching experience spans most business areas and I have many long-term relationships, working at the most senior executive level of blue chip institutions. My work ranges across leadership coaching, diversity programmes, team building, project delivery, change management, negotiation and deal making, emerging leaders, perception, and impact. I can also support the strategising of style and content in preparation for specific needs such as: pitches, private equity exits and investor presentations, media interviews, conferences, partnership and job panel interviews, and of course speeches.

My clients are from a wide range of companies, from the Banking, Accountancy, Actuarial, Private Equity, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Media, Entertainment, Leisure, Engineering, Retail, Commodities and Manufacturing sectors.
